My Town Inagi 2016 Yanoguchi District Radio Gymnastics

Updated: October 11, 2016

source of energy

In the Yanoguchi area, the elderly are taking the lead in preventing long-term care, one of which is the radio gymnastics meeting.
It all started with the desire to do activities to help the elderly in the Yanoguchi area become more energetic after receiving radio exercise guidance at a nursing care prevention competition. The problem was the low participation rate of men in community activities, but the number of men participating in community activities has increased as a result of the outdoor radio exercises.
Almost all of the participants of the radio gymnastics meet realize the effects of health promotion. In addition, there are many people who have more opportunities to go out and talk with friends, and their lives have become more enjoyable.
Hironobu Miyazaki, the representative of the Yanoguchi District Radio Exercise Association, said, "I would be happy if the number of participants increased. The circle will expand and it will be worthwhile, so I would like you to participate. Participation is voluntary and not compulsory, so feel free to visit. I want you to come alone." He told me.

The Yanoguchi District Radio Gymnastics Club is active every Monday through Friday at 6:30 in four locations: Yadomiya Park, Yanoguchi Residents' Hall, Children's Fureai Square, and the school grounds of Inagi Seventh Elementary School. In addition, during the summer vacation, it is held jointly with the children's association. Everyone, let's make good health and make friends by doing radio exercises. If you would like to participate, please come directly to the venue.
