Inagi City public facility reservation system

The Inagi City Public Facility Reservation System allows you to check the availability and make reservations for sports facilities, cultural facilities, school facilities, etc. using the Internet from your computer, mobile phone, smartphone, dedicated user terminal, etc. at home or on the go.
This system operates 24 hours a day, except for a few hours at night when it is shut down for maintenance and inspection several times a year.

Regarding the transition to the new reservation system
The Inagi City public facility reservation system will be transitioned to a new system to improve user convenience, which will include the introduction of online payment for facility fees (or charges) and the issuance of PIN numbers (smart keys) for keys to some sports facilities.
In fiscal year 2024, only sports facilities will undergo the transition first , and transition for other facilities is currently under consideration in the future.
The specific contents are as follows:

Target facilities
・Sports facilities [General gymnasium, general grounds, Chuo Park baseball field, Wakabadai Park multipurpose field, Tamagawa Ryokuchi Park (baseball field, softball field, multipurpose field), tennis courts (Kita Ryokuchi Park, Daimaru Park, Shiroyama Park, Wakabadai Park), Minami Tama Sports Field (soccer field, tennis court, multipurpose field), Friend Hirao (gymnasium, grounds)]
Migration timeline
Reservations will be made under the new system starting with the lottery to be held in December 2024 .
In other words, facilities that hold lotteries three months in advance will start using the new system for reservations made in March 2025 , and facilities that hold lotteries two months in advance will start using the new system for reservations made in February 2025. Reservations made on a first-come, first-served basis after the lottery will also be handled in the same way as the lottery .

User registration is required to make a reservation using the Inagi City Public Facility Reservation System.
User registration has an expiration date , so if you wish to continue using the facility, please complete the renewal procedure.

Note 1 After registration approval, the registration notification and registration certificate will be handed over to either the Sports Promotion Division, General Gymnasium, Friend Hirao, or Inagi Nagamine Verdi Field.
Note 2: A "citizen" is a person who lives, works, or attends school in the city.
Note 3 For details on "identification documents, etc.", please refer to the Inagi City Sports Facility Group Registration/Individual Registration Guide attached to the application form.
Note 4 "Ordinance" refers to the Inagi City Living and Cultural Facilities Ordinance.
Note 5 "Registered children's groups" are groups that use the facilities of Chuo Park Baseball Stadium, Wakabadai Park Multipurpose Plaza, and Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field at children's rates.

Lottery and reservation process
(1) Lottery
- Only registered users (groups) can apply for the lottery from a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, dedicated user terminal, etc. during the lottery application acceptance period.
- After the lottery application deadline, the system will conduct a lottery.
- You can check the lottery results on the system. In addition, the lottery results will be sent to lottery applicants (or contact persons for registered organizations) by email.
- For paid facilities, please pay the usage fee (or charge) by the deadline at the facility counter, at a designated payment location (convenience store), or through the reservation system (please note that at some facilities your application will be cancelled if you do not pay). Also, at community centers, please process your winning confirmation in the system (your winning will be cancelled if you do not confirm your winning).
- Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the usage fee (or charge) or confirmation of your selection.
(2) Reservation
- Only registered users (groups) can apply for reservations from computers, mobile phones, smartphones, dedicated user terminals, etc. during the reservation period.
- For facilities that require a fee , please pay the usage fee (or charge) by the due date at the facility counter, designated payment location (convenience store), or through the reservation system (please note that there are some facilities where your winning will be cancelled if payment is not made).
- Reservations for paid facilities are confirmed upon payment of a usage fee (or charge), and for free facilities are confirmed upon a reservation request.
Note: Facilities that have switched over to the new system will be able to pay for the use fee (or fee) online or at a convenience store when making a reservation (payment at the counter is also available). Facilities that make reservations using the old system will continue to only accept cash as before. The reception desks are: General Gymnasium for sports facilities in parks, Sports Promotion Division for Minamitama Sports Ground, Friend Hirao (gymnasium, grounds) at Friend Hirao, Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field at Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field, Culture and Life Facilities at Culture and Life Facilities, Shiroyama Experience Learning Center at Shiroyama Experience Learning Center, and Regional Promotion Plaza at Regional Promotion Plaza. Payment deadlines vary depending on the facility you are using, so please contact each facility in advance.
