- We assist so that citizen's voluntary activity is performed lively.
- We will create opportunities for users to interact with each other and present their activities.
- Provide facilities for various civic gatherings and other public activities.
Use of public hall
Use public hall
Anyone can use public halls free of charge for voluntary social education activities. It can be used for regular activities, but it can also be used for one-off meetings and gatherings. To use the facility, user registration with Community Center Registered Group A or Community Center Registered Group B is required in advance.
[Registration requirements]
- A group consisting of 5 or more members
- The majority of members must live, work, or study in Inagi City.
- The representative or responsible person is an adult
- The representative or responsible person is not also a lecturer or instructor
- Operated by consensus of members
- Mainly working (doing) in Inagi City
Community Center Registered Group A must meet the following registration requirements in addition to the above.
- The purpose is to engage in activities related to social education or to contribute to the local community.
- Free entry and exit
- The representative must live, work, or study in Inagi City
- Making the public hall the base of activities
- having (doing) a planned and regular activity
Note: It cannot be used for commercial purposes, political parties, or religious activities as stipulated in Article 23 of the Social Education Act.

How to register as a user
Please submit the following documents to the public hall window where you are active.

- Inagi City public facility user registration application (group)
- Inagi City public facility user registration application form supplementary form (community center)
- Organization member list
- Group Rules (required only for Community Center registered group A )
- Group introduction information publication application form (If you belong to Group A, it is not mandatory, but please submit it as much as possible.)
- Presentation of the identification card of the group representative (identification card of the applicant is acceptable for Community Center registered group B)

Application method/reception hours
How to apply for room use
Please apply using the Inagi City Public Facilities Reservation System .
In addition, please come to public hall window to use for application with application.
Public hall registered group A
Reservations can be made up to three months in advance (e.g. July for April). The schedule is as follows.
- 1st to 14th of every month: lottery application period
- 15th of every month: Lottery date
- 15th to 20th of each month: Period for confirming usage by winning organizations
- From the 21st of each month to the day before use: Application period for vacant rooms on a first-come, first-served basis
Public hall registered group B
You can apply up to two months in advance (e.g. for April, you can apply for June).
- From the 1st of every month to the day before use: Application period for vacant rooms on a first-come, first-served basis
Paid use
An application must be submitted. Please apply at the counter of the public hall you use.
About reception
- Central Community Center Hall: Reception starts from the 2nd of the month that includes the day 11 months before the date of use.
- Other facilities: Applications are accepted from the 2nd day of the month that includes the day two months before the date of use.
If use is approved, please pay the usage fee within 10 days (but no later than the day before the date of use).

- Piano class recital
- General meetings and conferences of condominium associations
- Meetings and interviews of companies and offices in Inagi City
- Political parties, debriefing session of lawmakers

Aid to Voluntary Groups
We perform various assistance in public hall to activate activity of voluntary group.
Locker use assistance
Voluntary groups registered with the community center can use lockers to store items and teaching materials necessary for daily activities at the community center. The period of use is one year and an application is required every year. Also, if there are many applications, a lottery will be held.
Childcare worker dispatch
There is a public hall nursery room to support learning activities for parents with infants. Based on application of group needing childcare in voluntary group registering with public hall, we dispatch childcare person. Please inquire for details.
printing aid
By registering as a group at the community center, the voluntary group can use a printing machine to print the group's activity materials. However, it is necessary to attend a printing press training course. Also, please bring your own paper and pay the master fee and ink fee on the day.
Public hall sponsored lecture by citizen planning proposal
This is a course sponsored by the community center, in which citizens and community center staff work together to propose a course plan that citizens have thought about. At the beginning of the academic year, we will be soliciting project proposals in the Lifelong Learning Newsletter "Hiroba."

Public hall registered organization A
You can apply for the following schedule from 12 months before the desired date of use through the reservation system.
- Lottery application period: From 1st to 14th 12 months before the month of use
- Lottery date: 15th day 12 months before the month of use
- Usage confirmation period: From 9:00 to 20th on the 15th 12 months before the month of use
- First-come-first-served reservation: From 9:00 on the 21st of the month 12 months before the month of use until one month before the date of use
Public hall registered group B
- Applications can be made on a first-come, first-served basis through the reservation system from 9:00 a.m. on the day 11 months before the desired date of use.
Other paid users
- Applications can be made on a first-come, first-served basis from the 2nd day, 11 months before the desired date of use, at the central public hall window.
Precautions for event reservations
- When reserving a hall for an event, be sure to allow time for preparation and cleanup.
- When you make a reservation for the hall through the public reservation system, it is a "provisional reservation" and you will need to discuss the details of the event with the staff.
- The meeting deadline is 35 days in advance. If your reservation is 35 days in advance, please contact us immediately. Please note that it will be treated as a cancellation after this time.
