Those who sell land need to submit a notification of the "Public Expansion Law" three weeks before the contract date.
The person who bought the land must submit a notification of the "National Land Law" within two weeks from the contract date.
From January 1, 2021, it is no longer necessary to affix seals on notification forms, proposal forms, and powers of attorney under the Public Expansion Law and the National Land Law .
