Regarding outdoor advertising permit application

Regarding the installation of outdoor advertisements, the "Outdoor Advertisement Law" and the "Tokyo Metropolitan Outdoor Advertisement Ordinance" are stipulated. Permission is required in principle for the installation of outdoor advertisements.

Depending on the type and scale of outdoor advertisements, the licensee is divided into the head of the Tokyo Tama Architectural Guidance Office and the mayor of Inagi City.

The reception desk for applications is the Development Guidance Section (in charge of outdoor advertising materials), Urban Development Planning Division, Urban Construction Department, 3rd floor, Inagi City Hall, for both Tokyo Metropolitan and Inagi City permits.

In principle, applications for new permits must be made at the counter.
Only in the case of application for continuation permission, we will accept it by mail by the following method.
(1) Please contact the person in charge of outdoor advertisements by phone to inform them that you will be mailing a continuation application.
(2) Prepare two types of self-addressed envelopes.

• Please enclose an envelope (long size No. 3) with a 110 yen stamp affixed so that the application fee payment slip can be sent.
• To send the permit and duplicate, please enclose a letter pack from the post office or an envelope (Kakugata No. 2) with stamps for the registered mail fee + non-standard size fee.

In Inagi City, apart from the "Tokyo Metropolitan Outdoor Advertisement Ordinance", there are areas where restrictions on outdoor advertisements are established in the district planning. For details, please see "Location of City Planning and List of Planning Books" .
