the purpose
The “Inagi City Comprehensive Strategy for Vitalizing Town, People, and Jobs” (hereinafter referred to as “Comprehensive Strategy”) sets appropriate short- and medium-term policy goals based on regional issues, and measures the progress of the Comprehensive Strategy as key performance indicators (KPIs). ), etc., and implement a PDCA cycle to make improvements as necessary. Therefore, by summarizing the KPI results for each fiscal year, we verify the effectiveness of measures and use them as a reference for improvement items, such as establishing a verification committee and reviewing measures.
Fiscal 2017 results
Among the businesses listed in the Comprehensive Strategy, the businesses that have set KPIs are categorized according to the progress as of the end of fiscal 2017 into three categories: "achieved," "expected to be achieved," and "unachieved." Did. The concept of each category is as follows.
- Achieved: Businesses whose KPIs have already reached the target values at the end of FY2019
- Expected achievement: Projects that have not achieved the KPI, but are clearly expected to be achieved by the end of FY2019
- Unachieved: Businesses that are working on projects but whose KPIs have not reached their target values
Note: The way of thinking about classification is based on the way of thinking stipulated by the verification committee in the “ Inagi City Town, People, and Work Creation Comprehensive Strategy Interim Verification ” (internal link) implemented in 2017.
