the purpose

The "Inagi City Comprehensive Strategy for Revitalizing Town, People, and Jobs" (hereinafter referred to as the "Comprehensive Strategy") verifies the progress of the comprehensive strategy using key performance indicators (KPIs), etc., and implements a PDCA cycle to make improvements as necessary. We are planning to do so.
This verification was conducted with the aim of improving future measures by evaluating and verifying the progress of the comprehensive strategy.

Verification overview

When verifying the comprehensive strategy, we have established the "Inagi City Town, People, and Jobs Revitalization Comprehensive Strategy Verification Committee" (hereinafter referred to as the "Verification Committee") in order to incorporate citizens' opinions and conduct systematic and comprehensive verification. deployed. In order to ensure consistency and consistency with the comprehensive strategy, this committee is comprised of the same members or affiliations as the comprehensive strategy formulation and verification committee that was implemented in FY2017.

Among the projects listed in the comprehensive strategy, those that have KPIs have been classified into three categories according to their progress: "achieved," "expected to achieve," and "not achieved." The concept of each category is as follows.
Achieved: Businesses whose KPIs have already reached their target values ​​by the end of FY2019 (end of FY2019) are expected to be achieved: Businesses whose KPIs have not been achieved but are clearly expected to be achieved by the end of FY2019: Businesses whose KPIs have not reached their target values ​​as of FY2018
