Notification under Article 5 of the Agricultural Land Act

Certificate of Continuation of Agricultural Management

Those who are receiving special provisions for inheritance tax payment deferral must submit a continuation notification to the tax office every three years from the declaration deadline.
When submitting the continuation notification, a certificate proving that agricultural management is still being conducted is required as an attachment, so please submit two copies of the application for certification to the Agricultural Committee.

Schedule for Deliberation of General Assembly Resolutions

In principle, applications received by the 25th (or the previous business day if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday) will be discussed at the Agricultural Committee in the following month. However, some applications require a site visit by the Agricultural Committee with the applicant present before the discussion, so depending on the schedule for the site visit, the discussion may be postponed to the month after next or later. Additionally, for the application deadline related to the general meetings in January and May, please contact the secretariat.
