Based on the Basic Resident Register Act, we will publish the viewing status from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.

Target of Disclosure

Fiscal Year 2023 Access Request Status

• Article 11 of the Basic Resident Register Act (Viewing of Copies of Portions of the Basic Resident Register at the Request of the National or Local Government Agencies)
• Article 11-2 of the Basic Resident Register Act (Viewing of copies of parts of the Basic Resident Register at the request of individuals or corporations)
• Article 3 of the Ministerial Ordinance concerning the viewing of copies of part of the Basic Resident Register and the issuance of copies of the Certificate of Residence and removal certificates.

Contents of the Announcement

1. Name of the national or local government, name of the applicant (in the case of a corporation, its name and the name of the representative or administrator)
2. Overview of the reason for the request or purpose of use
3. Date of Viewing
4. Scope of Residents

2. Confirmation of residence relationships conducted for non-profit purposes, as defined by municipalities, for the purpose of litigation or other special circumstances.
