Seminar 1: "Documents that Get Approved, Interviews that Succeed"

　In collaboration with the Tokyo Employment Foundation, we held the Gender Equality Promotion Seminar 1 as mentioned above.
In the first half of the course, we focused on women's employment as a major theme, learning how to write application documents, how to handle interviews, and how to articulate reasons for applying and self-promotion.
In the second half, we accepted consultations regarding employment for those who had applied in advance.

Seminar 2: "Essential Crime Prevention Measures You Should Know"

　Hosted by the Mayor of Inagi City, we invited security advisor Mika Kyoshi to hold the Gender Equality Promotion Seminar 2 as mentioned above.
We learned about various security measures, including important elements and security goods for crime prevention, in light of the increasing crimes such as robbery, fraud, and illegal side jobs in recent years.
