How to Register as a User

To apply for facility use using this system, user registration is required in advance.
User registration includes individual registration and group registration.

Registration Category

Anyone can register
  • Application Form for Registration of Public Facilities Users (Individual)
  • Identification Document (Presentation)

Community Promotion Plaza

Organization

Anyone can register
  • Application Form for Registration of Public Facilities Users (Organization)
  • Documents that provide an overview of the organization (such as company profile, regulations, roster, etc.)

Note: The required documents for updating user registration are the same.
Note: If there has been no login for 3 years after registration, the ID will be deleted, so please be careful.
(If deleted, you will need to register again.)

  • A "person" refers to an individual who is registered as a user.
  • A "group" refers to an organization that has registered as a user. Additionally, the available features may vary depending on the facility.
  • In the "Availability Inquiry", you can check the available facilities.
  • In the 'Reservation', you can book available facilities.

About Reservations

1 Reservation Application Process

  1. Only those who have registered as users can apply for reservations during the reservation acceptance period using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, or dedicated user terminal.
  2. Please pay the usage fee at the counter by the deadline.
  3. The reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the usage fee.

Example of Reservation Application

If you want to reserve a meeting room on July 10 (application procedure for reservation on April 10)

  1. On April 10, you can check the availability of facilities in the system and make a reservation (reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability will be gone as soon as reservations are made).
  2. The usage fee will be paid at the counter by April 20.
