There are systems such as child allowances that provide or subsidize some of the costs associated with raising children. The purpose of these systems is to help stabilize the lives of people who live with children, support them, protect them, and raise their quality of life.
You cannot receive any of these systems unless you apply and are certified. Also, it is not possible to apply retroactively.
