When a corset or cast is made based on a doctor's instructions, you can receive a refund for the portion other than the co-payment by applying.

Required Items for Application

1. Insured Person Certificate or Qualification Confirmation Document
2. Opinion Statement (Medical Certificate) and Certificate for Required Assistive Devices
3. Receipt
4. Documents that can confirm the transfer destination
5. Documents that can confirm My Number
