Medical Expenses Notification (Notice of Medical Expenses)
The National Health Insurance Program of Inagi City issues individual notifications of Medical Expenses only to those who have made a request.
If you need a notification of Medical Expenses, please contact the National Health Insurance Section of Inagi City.
We will mail the Medical Expenses notification approximately two weeks after your request (it takes time to prepare).
Note
- Please understand that we cannot hand it over to you on the spot as requested. (It will be sent by mail.)
- Please contact us regarding the available months for issuance.
As a guideline,- If it is for the October medical treatment, after the end of December
- If it is for the November medical treatment, after the end of January
- If it is for the December medical treatment, it can be issued after the end of February.
- High-cost medical expenses and public burden costs are not reflected. Please understand that you need to correct the amount yourself.

In principle, information for medical treatments from two months prior is updated on the 11th of every month.
However, there are some costs for treatments such as judo therapy, acupuncture, and massage that may not be displayed.
