is your diet ok? "Meal Balance Guide"
Updated: November 4, 2020
The ``Meal Balance Guide'' is an illustration of what and how much you should eat in a day, using the image of a spinning top. If you eat a well-balanced diet and exercise, the spinning top will rotate stably, but if your diet is unbalanced, the spinning top will fall over. Are your tops spinning well?
meal balance guide
The amount of food required per day for an adult (based on 2,200 kcal plus or minus 200 kcal, which is the standard amount of energy intake for most women and men with low physical activity per day) is expressed in units of SV. ("SV" stands for Serving, the standard amount per serving of each dish).
Meals are classified in order of staple food (rice, bread, noodles), side dishes (vegetables, mushrooms, potatoes, seaweed dishes), and main dishes (meat, fish, eggs, soybean dishes). Lines, milk, dairy products, and fruits are considered to be the same and are represented in parallel.
