Updated: May 24, 2021

Regarding the new coronavirus vaccination, it is currently difficult to make a reservation, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

In order to expand the vaccination system, the city is doing its best in cooperation with the Inagi City Medical Association, Inagi City Hospital, various clinics and clinics in the city.

We recognize that there are people who want to be vaccinated but cannot make an appointment yet.

Please use the Internet, which is relatively easy to book, or continue to call the call center.

Vaccines will continue to be supplied in sequence, and as vaccination progresses, they will be distributed to everyone, so please wait for a while.

1 Reservation for vaccination

Reservations for new coronavirus vaccinations are being accepted or are being prepared to be accepted in the following ways, based on the order of vaccination.

(1) Reservation using Inagi City's vaccination reservation system

We accept telephone reservations and Internet reservations at the call center.

With the cooperation of the Inagi City Medical Association, the number of clinics where individual vaccinations are carried out has been expanded from the initial 26 to 27. Initially, only telephone reception was available at each medical institution, but 17 of those medical institutions are now able to make reservations through the city's reservation system.
At the group vaccination venue (Inagi Municipal Hospital), vaccination to city medical workers, which is the highest priority, is still ongoing. As soon as it is over, we are striving to expand the vaccination frame for citizens.
The group vaccination venue (Friend Hirao) will expand the implementation date with the cooperation of the medical corporation Keiseikai and Yomiuri Land Keiyu Hospital.
The group vaccination venue (Central Cultural Center/General Gymnasium) will be held with the cooperation of Keikokai Medical Corporation and Minamiyama Rehabilitation Hospital (currently under construction, scheduled to open on October 1 this year).

(2) Large-scale individual vaccination at Inagidai Hospital (Wakabadai)

With the cooperation of the specified medical corporation Kenseikai and Inagidai Hospital, it will be carried out separately from the city's group vaccination.

From 10:00 a.m. on May 25 (Tuesday), reservations will begin on the dedicated reservation site for Inagidai Hospital.
The vaccination schedule is from June 1 (Tuesday) to June 5 (Saturday). We plan to inoculate 200 people each day, for a total of 1,000 people.

(3) Self-Defense Forces Tokyo Large-Scale Vaccination Center

The national government will set it up in Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, and it will be operated by the Self-Defense Forces.

Reservations for Tokyo residents in the Tama area will be accepted from the dedicated website from May 24 (Monday) to May 30 (Sunday) and from May 31 (Monday) to June 6 (Sunday).

Requests to those who have made reservations for vaccination at Inagidai Hospital and the Self-Defense Forces Tokyo Large-Scale Vaccination Center

If you have already made a reservation for vaccination in Inagi City and are planning to make a reservation at Inagidai Hospital or a large-scale vaccination center, please cancel the reservation in Inagi City as soon as the reservation is made. Please be sure to contact us as undelivered cancellations may lead to the disposal of the planned vaccines.

2 Vaccination availability and reservation status

Initially, there were two types of new coronavirus vaccination methods provided in Inagi City, the “group vaccination method” and the “individual vaccination method”, but the “large-scale individual vaccination” at Inagidai Hospital has been added.

Apart from this, the Self-Defense Forces Tokyo Large-Scale Vaccination Center is also available.

In the city, in cooperation with the Inagi City Medical Association and medical corporations in the city, we are gradually expanding the vaccination method and venue. is guaranteed.

As of May 18, more than 90% of those eligible for vaccination have set a reservation limit, and reservations are being taken sequentially.

Implementation status of new coronavirus vaccination (as of May 18, 2021)

(1) Group vaccination method

At the beginning of the inoculation, a total of about 3,000 doses (about 1,500 It was an inoculation frame for one person).

After that, the number of events held at the Frendo Hirao venue was expanded to 4 times, and 7 times at the Central Cultural Center venue and 4 times at the general gymnasium were added. (1 person).

(2) Individual vaccination method

Since the beginning of vaccination, we have asked each clinic/clinic to carry out vaccination, and we have been able to carry out individual vaccination at 26 medical institutions.

As of May 18, the number of medical institutions has increased by 1, and 27 medical institutions are conducting this test.
We ask each clinic/clinic to vaccinate about 30 people per day, which is about 46,000 doses (about 23,000 people).
However, due to individual circumstances such as facilities and personnel, some medical institutions cannot necessarily handle 30 patients per day, so this figure is the maximum target.

(3) Large-scale individual vaccination system

We plan to conduct 2,000 doses (for 1,000 people) at Inagidai Hospital.

(4) Self-Defense Forces Tokyo Large-Scale Vaccination Center

It is not possible to know how many residents of Inagi want to use it and how many people will make a reservation, but it will be carried out for 10,000 people a day.
