Parks are public properties that can be freely used within the limits that do not hinder others' use, in accordance with their original purpose. (Principle of Free Use) To maintain this principle, the morals and manners of all users of the park are very important.
However, to ensure proper management of the park, activities such as sales, monopolization through events like festivals, and filming for dramas are restricted. If you wish to engage in these restricted activities, you must obtain permission. (Permission for Activities)
Additionally, as a general rule, it is not permitted to establish structures or other properties outside of park facilities in the park. However, in cases of public interest or other unavoidable reasons, such as the installation of utility poles, permission can be obtained to establish them. (Permission for Occupation)
