Disaster Prevention Function
Wakabadai Park is developed as a park equipped with disaster prevention functions, featuring solar lighting along the main paths to facilitate evacuation even during power outages. On the south side, there is the Wakabadai Management Building, which utilizes solar and wind power generation. Additionally, emergency toilets are also provided.
Under the tennis courts, there is the Wakabadai Water Supply Station, a facility of Tokyo, which secures approximately 2,000 tons of water and can supply water from here during disasters.
A park where you can play freely on the grass.
Rolling balls, playing tag, and when you're hungry, laying out a sheet for a picnic is also nice.
You can almost hear the voices saying, 'Food tastes better outside!'
It's guaranteed to bring smiles to both children and adults!
The playground equipment is very popular among children.
If adults watch over them nearby, children can play with peace of mind.
The feeling of looking down from a high place is the best!
Children experience a sense of growing up.
There is also a rope jungle gym.
From the jungle gym, you can see the beautiful shibazakura that bloom in spring and the tennis courts.
It is a spacious park with beautiful lawns.
