Overview

Kamiyato Shinsui Park is a water-friendly park where visitors can enjoy nature observation and water play around the Kamiyato River flowing through the center of the Kamiyato area. It was developed to create a landscape that integrates with the surrounding area, and the entire project was completed in the fiscal year 2005.
The development has preserved the natural form of the river channel, and the riverbank is constructed using natural stones in a dry-stacked manner, taking into consideration the habitat of various plants and animals.
Additionally, for the planting, tree species and flowers that harmonize with the surrounding privately-owned forests and estate forests, as well as those suited to the regional characteristics, have been carefully selected and planted.

Walk slowly while looking at Kamiyato River on your left.
Let's go while listening to the pleasant sound of the flowing water.
Since it is a waterside park, you can play in the water, but please be very careful while playing.

Furthermore, you can continue on to Wakabadai Park.
A walking path where you can play in the water. Let's bring a towel and wear shoes that are okay to get wet.
The river can be slippery, so be careful of your footing and keep an eye on the children.
