Let's have fun playing in the park while following the rules.

Rules for Playing in the Park

  1. Let's stop letting dogs run free.
When walking your dog, please make sure to use a leash.
  2. Let's stop playing baseball with bats.
It is dangerous because the ball travels far and is fast.
  3. Let's refrain from camping (setting up tents)
Since the grass and other areas will be damaged, please refrain from setting up tents.
Also, please refrain from staying overnight in the park.
  4. Let's stop climbing trees
There is a risk of branch breakage and falling.
  5. Please take your trash home
There are no trash cans in the park.
Please be sure to take it home with you.

For other park usage, please refer to the 'Park Usage Standards'.

Safe Ways to Play on Playground Equipment

About 'Risk' and 'Hazard'

Play equipment is an important tool that provides children with opportunities to play. Play involves a certain degree of risk, and the challenge of facing this risk leads to enjoyment, as well as the development of the ability to avoid danger and the ability to anticipate danger. The risks associated with the enjoyment of play are referred to as 'risk.' Risks can be avoided by allowing children to play while being appropriately supervised by parents or guardians.

On the other hand, the dangers that must not be unrelated to the joy of play are called 'hazards'. Hazards can be related to objects, namely the play equipment itself, and to people, namely the users. Hazards must be eliminated before any accidents occur.
