From April 2024, the designated manager responsible for managing and operating the sports facilities in the park, starting with the Comprehensive Gymnasium, will change from the Inagi Green Wellness Foundation to a new designated manager.
In conjunction with this, temporary closures and days off for the facilities will be established, and the handling of usage fees will be changed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to users and appreciate your understanding.
Please note that announcements regarding the change of designated manager will be provided on this page in due course.
Note: The designated manager for the municipal park will continue to be the Inagi Green Wellness Foundation even after April 2024.

Please be careful when making facility reservations from late March to early April.

Due to the closure of the Comprehensive Gymnasium from April 1 (Monday) to April 5 (Friday), payment for the use of sports facilities in the park will not be accepted during this period. Additionally, April 8 (Monday) is also a closure day as it is the second Monday of the month.
When making facility reservations from late March to early April (see note), the usual payment deadline may fall on a closure day. Furthermore, the actual payment period will be shorter. If payment cannot be made during the payment period and the deadline passes, the provisional reservation will be automatically canceled, so please be careful when making reservations.
(Note) The Comprehensive Gymnasium, Comprehensive Ground, Central Park Baseball Field, and Wakabadai Multipurpose Square are subject to usage fees for April and May, while the tennis courts in the park are subject to usage fees for April. The payment periods for other facilities are as usual.

Regarding the reservation and payment period after the announcement of the lottery results in April

Due to the closure of sports facilities in the park from April 1 (Monday) to April 5 (Friday), the reservation and payment period for usage fees in April will be partially changed, so please be aware. For details, please refer to the table below.
Additionally, it is expected that the Comprehensive Gymnasium reception will be crowded on April 6 (Saturday) and 7 (Sunday), so we kindly ask for your cooperation in visiting at staggered times.

[Important] Regarding Facility Usage Rescheduling

Due to changes in the system accompanying the change of designated administrator, individuals and groups with rescheduled use of sports facilities due to rain or other reasons until March 31, 2024, cannot reschedule facility use after April 2024. Please make sure to reschedule by the end of March 2024.
If it is difficult to reschedule by March 31, 2024, please refer to the information below for the procedure.

If you cannot transfer by the end of March 2024, the usage fee will be refunded.

If you are unable to make a transfer (including unused night lighting) by the end of March, the city will refund the facility usage fee, so please fill out the necessary information on the refund request form and submit it along with the attached documents to the Sports Promotion Section (6th floor of City Hall) as soon as possible.
Additionally, documents can also be accepted at the Comprehensive Gymnasium counter, but the city will verify the contents of the request, so if there are any deficiencies in the submitted documents, the city hall will contact you later for corrections.

Refund Eligible

Reservations that could not be used due to rain or other reasons and are eligible for rescheduling until March 31, 2024.
(Note) Reservations for facilities other than sports facilities in the park, reservations not used due to personal reasons, and reservations after April 2024 are not eligible.

Refund Method

The specified amount will be transferred from the city to the designated account. It generally takes about 1 to 2 months from the billing to the transfer. Please be aware that it may take more than 2 months depending on the status of the procedures.
Additionally, please note that there will be no notification from the city at the time of the transfer, so we kindly ask you to check your account yourself.

Notes

In the case of individual registration, please fill out the refund request form with theregistrant themselves as the requester (the requester and account holder must be the same person) as stated in the usage approval document.
In the case of group registration, please be sure to fill out the refund request form with the group representative as the requester (the requester and account holder must be the representative). The requester cannot be a contact person, member, or contracted instructor. Additionally, please ensure that the group name and representative's address listed on the usage approval document match those on the refund request form. If the current address differs due to relocation, please contact the Sports Promotion Section.
If you wish to transfer to Japan Post Bank, you can check the branch name and other details by entering your account number and symbol on the bank's website. Please confirm this and fill out the refund request form.

About Nighttime Lighting Usage

Nighttime lighting usage tickets (lighting activation number notification) purchased by March of Reiwa 6 cannot be used after April of Reiwa 6, so please use them by the end of March of Reiwa 6. If it is difficult to use them by the end of March of Reiwa 6, a refund will be issued, so please refer to the above "If it cannot be transferred by the end of March of Reiwa 6, the usage fee will be refunded."

About the prepaid card (multiple-use ticket)

The expiration date for purchased multiple-use tickets is March 24, 2024 (Sunday).They cannot be used after the expiration date.

Usage Fees

The usage fees for sports facilities in the park (Note 1) will change to usage charges (Note 2), but there will be no changes regarding payment at the Comprehensive Gymnasium counter or the amounts.

About Usage Procedures

There are no changes to the procedures for group rentals of sports facilities or individual use of tennis courts until payment for the reservation is completed.
