Requests for the disclosure of administrative information can be made by submitting an administrative information disclosure request form.

1. Please fill out the required information on the request form for disclosure of administrative information and submit it to the Document Legal Affairs Division at Inagi City Hall. You may also send it by mail or fax. If sending by mail, please address it to "2111 Higashi-Naganuma, Inagi City, Postal Code 206-8601, Document Legal Affairs Division, Inagi City Hall". If sending by fax, please send it to "042-377-4781".
2. Please download the Administrative Information Disclosure Request Form from the "Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Forms". It is also available at the Document Legal Affairs Division on the 5th floor of City Hall.
3. When making a request, it is necessary to specify the administrative document that contains the details of the request as much as possible. If you have any questions, please consult the Document Legal Affairs Division in advance.
4. There is no fee, but if you wish to have copies or mail them, please pay the actual cost of the copies and shipping.
