Notification regarding the Promotion of the Expansion of Public Land Law

If you intend to transfer land of a certain area for compensation, the landowner (the person intending to transfer) must submit a notification at least 3 weeks before the scheduled contract date.
For more details, please refer to the page on "Notifications and Applications Based on the Act on Promotion of the Expansion of Public Land" or contact the Community Development Planning Division.

Notification of Land Use Planning Act

When a contract for the transaction of land exceeding a certain area is made, the rights acquirer (buyer) must notify the governor of Tokyo through the mayor of the municipality where the land is located within 2 weeks (including the contract date) after the contract is concluded.
