Please tell me how to file for divorce (trial, mediation, settlement, recognition).

Update date: August 30, 2013

When you submit a divorce notification (trial, etc.), a certified copy of the mediation record, a certified copy of the trial or judgment, and a final certificate are required as attached documents. In the case of a divorce by mutual agreement, the notifiers are both parties, while in the case of a judicial divorce, the notifier is the petitioner for mediation or adjudication, or the person who filed the lawsuit. However, if these parties do not report within 10 days from the date of conclusion of the mediation and the finalization of the trial/judgment, the other party may also report.
