The person who becomes the adoptive parent and the person who becomes the adoptive child will be the notification person, but if the adopted child is under the age of 15, the person with parental authority will submit the notification on behalf of the adopted child.
In addition, if the adopted child is a minor, it may be necessary to obtain permission from the family court for adoption, so please consult with the Citizens Division before submitting the notification of adoption.
