This is to prove that you have not received notice of declaration of bankruptcy and registration of guardianship. Only those whose permanent domicile is in Inagi City can apply, and only the person himself/herself can claim.
If a direct relative/spouse other than the applicant or a third party (agent) applies, a power of attorney from the applicant is required.
