Free "Traffic Accident Consultation" by lawyers is available.
It is held on the second Tuesday of every month from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM (capacity 3 people, 50 minutes per person).
Reservations are accepted at any time (reservation-only phone: 042-378-2286).
Additionally, the Tokyo branch of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations also offers free face-to-face consultations at three locations in the city.
