QuestionHow can I obtain a certificate of evaluation and a certificate of taxation (in person or by mail)?

Response

It is issued from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and year-end/New Year) at the Taxation Division on the first floor of City Hall and at the Hirao and Wakabadai Branch Offices.
In addition, we also accept requests by mail, so please send the Application Form, a copy of identification that can confirm your identity, a fixed amount postal money order as a fee, and a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Taxation Division.
