QuestionI have moved from another city. How should I receive the Infants and Young Children health check?

For children eligible for the health checkups conducted by the city, including the health checkup for children aged 3 to 4 months, the dental health checkup for 1-year-olds, the health checkup for 1-year and 6-month-olds, and the health checkup for 3-year-olds, a notification for the health checkup is sent out in the month prior to the eligible month.
If no notification was sent to the eligible child, please contact the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center.
