QuestionI have moved from another city. Can I use my previous Maternal and Child Health Handbook (from outside Inagi City)?

The Maternal and Child Health Handbook can be used as is. However, the health checkup vouchers issued outside of Tokyo cannot be used.
Those who have moved from outside the city need to exchange their health checkup vouchers for Inagi City's vouchers, so please bring your previous residence's health checkup voucher to the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center (2nd floor of the Health Center).
