Response

We will install an emergency reporting device that uses the household telephone line and a device that automatically reports when it detects a life response. If the receiving center detects an anomaly, it will confirm the user's situation by phone and, if necessary, report to 110 or 119, and dispatch emergency personnel to the scene.

Eligibility

Generally, individuals aged 65 and older, living alone or in households consisting only of Older Adults (including those living alone during the day), who require constant attention due to chronic conditions such as physical or heart diseases, are eligible.
