Utilize Govbot

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has started operating the "National and Local Common Consultation Chatbot" (commonly known as Govbot) to respond to inquiries regarding national and local systems and administrative procedures.
This chatbot provides automated responses in a conversational format to questions in areas with high inquiry needs from residents, such as "My Number," "Parenting," "Pension," "Medical Insurance," "Taxes," "Family Register," and "Real Estate Registration."
You can obtain the information you want at your preferred time without having to visit the counter or make a phone call, so please make use of it.
