Absentee voting at your residence

Those who are staying in municipalities other than Inagi City due to business trips or travel on the day of the election are eligible.
Voting process
Requesting a Ballot
Please fill out the "Absentee Voting Affidavit and Request Form" and submit it to the Inagi City Election Administration Commission in person or by mail to request a ballot.
Note: Requests cannot be made by fax or email.
Sending Ballots
After receiving the request and comparing it with the electoral roll, we will mail the set of ballots to your accommodation.
Note: Since it will be sent by Letter Pack Plus or express registered mail, it will be received in person.
Vote at your destination
Please take the completed set of ballots to the Election Commission of your accommodation and cast your vote.
Note: Never open the envelope containing your absentee ballot certificate. Once opened, you cannot vote.
Note: Ballots cannot be pre-marked.
Voting period and place
The absentee voting period for the House of Representatives election and the national referendum on Supreme Court judges runs from Wednesday, October 16th to Saturday, October 26th.
NOTE: Please vote early to allow time for mailing.
Note: If the local election commission is not holding an election, you can vote during their business hours. Please contact the local election commission in advance to find out when and where you can vote.
