Permission pursuant to Article 53 of the City Planning Act

Permission from the mayor is required for construction activities within the area of the urban development project (Sakahama Hirao Land Readjustment Project) prior to city planning facilities and projects.
Criteria for permission stipulated in Article 54 of the City Planning Act
- The number of floors must be two or less and there must be no basement.
- The main structure shall be wooden, steel frame, concrete block, or other similar structure.
However, for urban planning roads, parks, and green spaces that have not yet been constructed, there will be a relaxation of the permit standards for three-story buildings, etc.

From January 1, 2021, it is no longer necessary to seal the application form and power of attorney.
Please attach the following to the application form and submit two copies: The administrative processing period is approximately one week.
1 Building confirmation application form (pages 2 to 5)
2 Guide map (at least 1/2,500 scale)
3 Layout drawing (at least 1/500 scale)
4 Quadrature map (site/building)
5 Floor plan of each floor (scale of 1/200 or more)
6 Elevation (2 or more views, scale of 1/200 or more)
7 Cross-sectional view (2 or more views, scale of 1/200 or more)
Please attach a power of attorney if necessary. The format is optional.
