Inagi City Public Relations Bulletin Board

The city has established public information boards within the city as one of the means to widely convey information to the citizens.
Those who wish to post on the public information boards should refer to the usage regulations and submit an Application Form to the Secretarial and Public Relations Division or the Hirao Branch Office.

Postable Materials

The notices that can be posted on the bulletin board must fall under one of the following categories.

1. Events organized, co-organized, or supported by the city or the Board of Education
2. Events organized or co-organized by government agencies
3. Events and activities held at public facilities in the city or nearby cities

Posters that cannot be displayed

The following items and those deemed to fall under them cannot be posted.

1. Against public order and morals
2. Things that undermine the city's neutrality, public nature, or dignity
3. Political activities, religious activities, or those for profit
4. Gatherings and events significantly limited to members only
5. Held at private residences
6. Recruitment of members and job openings
7. Items that were previously not permitted for posting

Application for Posting

1. Organizations wishing to post on the public relations bulletin board should submit an Application Form to the Secretarial and Public Relations Division or the Hirao Branch Office and obtain permission for the posting. The posting period will be a maximum of 60 days from the date permission is granted.
2. When allowing postings, a posting permit stamp will be affixed to the materials, so please bring the required number of originals at the time of application.

Notices on the Public Relations Bulletin Board

1. Please have the organizations using the space post and remove notices and announcements.
2. Please display the posted materials with the posting permit stamp. In addition, to prevent the materials from deteriorating due to wind and rain, as well as to prevent the posting permit stamp from fading, please laminate them before posting.
3. Please prepare pushpins and other items for posting by each organization.
4. Posting outside the public relations bulletin board and posting over other notices is prohibited.
5. Please remove the postings promptly by each organization when the posting permission period has expired.
