Action plan for specified business owners based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children
According to the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children (Act No. 120 of 2003), national and local public bodies are required to formulate specific business owner action plans from the standpoint of business owners who employ employees, and implement them. We are obliged to disclose the situation and achievements against targets.
In response to this, Inagi City has also formulated a specific business owner action plan with a period of five years in order to achieve a balance between childcare and work for staff and participation in childcare support in the region.
Here, we will report the implementation status of the Specified Employers Action Plan and announce the newly formulated 4th Specified Employers Action Plan for FY2020 to FY2024.

Specified Employer Action Plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace
With the enactment of the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace (Law No. 64 of 2015), it was decided to establish a specific employer action plan from FY2016 to FY2025.
Here, from 2016 to 2020 formulated by Inagi City, from 2016 to 2025, the "Specified Employer Action Plan for Promoting the Active Participation of Inagi City Female Employees" and its implementation status are announced. To do. At the same time, we will also announce "Information on gender differences in staff salaries," which was decided to be announced from FY2025 (results in FY2022).
