Inagi City’s Specific Employer Action Plan

Specific employer action plan based on the Law for Advancement of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation

In accordance with the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation (Act No. 120 of 2003), national and local public organizations are required to formulate specific business owner action plans from the standpoint of business owners who employ employees, and implement their initiatives. It is mandatory to publicize the status and achievements against targets.

In response to this, Inagi City has formulated a specific business owner action plan with a five-year period in order to enable employees to balance childcare with work and to participate in childcare support in the local community.

Here, we will report on the implementation status of the Specified Employer Action Plan, as well as announce the newly formulated 4th period Specified Employer Action Plan from FY2020 to FY2026.


Specified employer action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation in the Workplace

With the enactment of the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace (Act No. 64 of 2015), a specific employer action plan for the period from FY 2016 to FY 2025 has been established.
Here, we will publish the ``Inagi City Specified Employer Action Plan for Promoting the Active Participation of Female Employees'' from FY 2016 to FY 2020 and from FY 2021 to FY 2027, which was formulated by Inagi City, and its implementation status. To do. At the same time, we will also publish "information on differences in employee salaries between men and women," which was scheduled to be made public starting from FY2020 (FY2020 results).
