If you do not receive an email, please contact the Sports Promotion Division by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024.
A charity golf tournament will be held at the golf course within the Tama Service Aid Facility.
Why not interact with U.S. military personnel from Yokota Air Base through a game of golf amidst lush greenery?
Note: Please note that depending on Yokota Air Base's schedule, U.S. military personnel may not be able to participate.

Tama Hills Golf Course (within Tama Service Auxiliary Facility)

Note: When visiting on the day, you will be required to present one of the following identification documents.
・My number card (notification card not accepted)
·passport
・Driver's license (required to bring proof of residence with permanent address (obtained within 3 months))
Note: If you cannot present your ID on the day, you will not be able to enter the facility and will not be able to participate in the tournament.
Note: Regarding the driver's license, in addition to the driver's license, on the day of the event, a resident card showing your permanent address (obtained within the last 3 months, at your own expense) is required. If you forget either of these, you will not be able to enter the facility and participate in the tournament, so we recommend that you bring your passport or My Number card (notification cards are not accepted).

If you are arriving by private car on the day of the event, you will need to apply for a vehicle number (e.g. Tama 123-1234) in advance (you will also need to apply if you are coming as a shared car).
Note: If you plan to arrive by bicycle or taxi, please contact us in advance.

[About participants who wish to join the group]
You can apply as a group of up to 3 people. (In that case, a lottery will also be held for each group.) 　

[About other notes]
If there is an error in the application details, you will not be able to enter the facility on the day of the tournament and will not be able to participate in the tournament, so please be sure to enter the information correctly.
If you wish to use your driver's license as an identification document, you will need a residence card with your permanent address (obtained within the last 3 months, at your own expense). If you forget your resident card on the day, you will not be able to enter the facility on the day and will not be able to participate in the tournament. If you are applying as a group, please be sure to inform the group members.

If you win the lottery, city staff will view your basic resident register as necessary to confirm your nationality.

If the capacity is exceeded, a lottery will be held.
The lottery results will be announced by email from late March to early April.
Note: For those who applied as a group, the representative will be notified of the lottery results, so if you are the representative, please inform everyone in your group of the results.
Winners will be notified of their winnings and will be informed about how to pay the participation fee (the payment period will be approximately one week after being notified of their winnings).
If more than one person is applying, the representative should pay all at once.
