The designated manager of the sports facilities in the park will change (Important: Regarding reservation/payment periods and transfers)

From April 2020, the designated manager who manages and operates the sports facilities in the park, including the general gymnasium, will change from the Inagi Green Wellness Foundation to a new designated manager.
Along with this, there will be temporary closures and closed days for the facility, and the handling of usage fees will change.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Information regarding the change of designated administrator will be announced on this page in due course.
Note: The Inagi Green Wellness Foundation will continue to be the designated manager of municipal parks from April 2020 onwards.

Due to the closure of the general gymnasium from April 1st (Monday) to April 5th (Friday), you will not be able to pay for the use of the park's sports facilities during this period. The same will apply on April 8th (Monday) as it is the second Monday of the month and will be closed.
If you make a facility reservation from late March to early April (see notes), the end date of the regular payment period may fall on a closed day . It also shortens the period during which you can actually make payments. If you are unable to pay within the payment period and the deadline has passed, your provisional reservation will be automatically canceled , so please be careful when making your reservation.
(Note) The general gymnasium, general field, Chuo Park baseball field, and Wakabadai multipurpose plaza are for use in April and May , and the tennis courts in the park are for use in April . Payment periods for facilities other than those listed above remain as usual.

Please note that due to the closure of the sports facilities in the park from Monday, April 1st to Friday, April 5th, there will be some changes to reservations and the payment period for usage fees during April . Please see the table below for details.
Please note that the Gymnasium counters are expected to be very busy on Saturday, April 6th and Sunday, April 7th, so we ask for your cooperation in spreading out your visit.

Due to changes in the system associated with the change of designated manager, individuals and groups who have been rescheduled to use the physical education facilities due to rain, etc. until March 31 , 2020 will be redirected to use the facilities from April 2020 onwards. you can't. Please make the transfer by the end of March 2020.

If the transfer (including unused night lights) cannot be made by the end of March, the city will refund the facility usage fee. Fill out the refund request form and submit it to the Sports Promotion Division (City Hall 6th floor) along with the attached documents. ) Please submit it as soon as possible.
Please note that you can leave documents at the general gymnasium counter, but the city will confirm the details of your request, so if there are any deficiencies in the documents you have submitted, city hall will contact you at a later date to request corrections.

Reservations made until March 31, Reiwa 6 that could not be used due to rain or other reasons and were subject to transfer (Note) Reservations for facilities other than the sports facilities in the park, reservations that were not used due to personal reasons, reservations made after April 2020 Reservations are not eligible.

The city will transfer the amount to your designated account. It usually takes about 1 to 2 months from invoice to payment. Please note that depending on the procedure, it may take more than two months.
Please note that the city will not notify you when making a transfer, so please check your account yourself.

• In the case of individual registration, please fill out the refund request form with the registrant listed on the usage approval form as the claimant (the claimant and account holder name should be the same).
• If you are registering as a group, please be sure to fill out the refund request form with the group representative as the requester (requester and account holder name should be the representative). The requester cannot be a liaison, member, or commissioned instructor. Please make sure that the organization name and representative's address listed on the usage approval form are the same as the organization name and representative's address on the refund request form. If your current address changes due to moving etc., please contact the Sports Promotion Division.
• If you wish to transfer money to Japan Post Bank, you can check the branch name, etc. by entering your account symbol and number on the bank's website. Please check this before filling out the refund request form.

Please be sure to check the sample form before filling out the refund request form . If there are any deficiencies in the billing documents, they will need to be corrected later.

• Inagi City Sports Facility Usage Approval (stamped with a "substitute" stamp at the general gymnasium counter for the reserved date that could not be used due to rain, etc.)

Night lighting tickets (lighting number notification slips) purchased by March 2020 cannot be used after April 2020, so please use them by the end of March 2020 . If you are unable to use it by the end of March 2020, you will receive a refund, so please see the link on the page below.

The expiration date for purchased coupons is Sunday, March 24, 2020. Cannot be used after expiry date.

The fee for use of the sports facilities in the park (Note 1) will change to the fee for use (Note 2), but there will be no change to the fee or payment amount at the counter of the general gymnasium.

There will be no changes to the reservation and payment procedures for group hire of sports facilities or personal use of tennis courts.
