Inagi City Living Fund Loan Mediation System

Under this system, for people who are temporarily having difficulty raising living funds (housing funds, education funds, childbirth funds), the city will arrange loans with financial institutions that handle them, and will subsidize a portion of the interest on the loans decided. Thing.

How to use funds

  • Housing funds Funds for construction work such as extension work, renovation work, and repair of houses, new construction, and purchase (including used houses and condominiums)
  • Educational Funds Funds necessary for entering higher education, such as entrance fees, entrance fees, school payments such as facility and equipment fees, lump-sum tuition payments, textbook fees, uniforms and cap fees, etc.
  • Childbirth funds Childbirth expenses paid to a medical facility for childbirth (hospitalization fees, delivery fees)

Terms of use

housing funds

  • Loan limit: 3 million yen or less
  • Repayment period within 5 years
  • Loan interest rate 2.8%
  • Interest rate borne by the principal: 0.988% 

education funds

  • Financing limit: 1 million yen or less
  • Repayment period within 5 years
  • Loan interest rate 2.8%
  • Interest rate borne by the principal: 0.988%

childbirth funds

  • Loan limit: 500,000 yen or less
  • Repayment period within 3 years
  • Loan interest rate 2.8%
  • Interest rate borne by the principal: 0.988% 

Note 1 : In both cases, if the loan amount is less than 200,000 yen, the repayment period is within 2 years.
Note 2 Loan interest rates may change depending on the year.
Note 3: If a debt guarantee cannot be obtained after screening by a credit guarantee institution, etc., the mediation may fail or the loan amount may be reduced from the application amount.

Those who meet all of the following conditions

  • Must have lived in the city for more than one year
  • Persons 20 years of age or older (applicant)
  • Not being in arrears with city taxes
  • Household income in the previous year must be less than 6 million yen
  • The number of years of service or business has been one year or more and is still continuing.
  • Having stable and continuous income
  • Currently, you have not received any loan mediation for this living fund.

housing funds

New construction and expansion/renovation

  • Inagi City Living Funds Loan Mediation Application Form (prescribed form by the city)
  • Documents certifying income, such as a copy of the previous year's withholding tax return and the latest tax return for all members of the household to which the applicant belongs.
  • Resident record (all households, relationships included)
  • Seal certificate
  • Construction contract, construction estimate, or construction blueprint (depending on the purpose)
  • Copy of building inspection notice (if building inspection is required)
  • Letter of consent from the landowner (if the land is leased) or a certified copy of the land registry (if the land is owned by the owner)
  • Inagi City Wooden House Earthquake Resistance Diagnosis Subsidy Grant Decision Notification (Only if seismic diagnosis is carried out using the Inagi City Wooden House Earthquake Resistance Diagnosis Subsidy System and seismic reinforcement work is performed)

Purchase of land and building (including condominiums)

  • Inagi City Living Funds Loan Mediation Application Form (prescribed form by the city)
  • Documents certifying income, such as a copy of the previous year's withholding tax return and the latest tax return for all members of the household to which the applicant belongs.
  • Resident record (all households, relationships included)
  • Seal certificate
  • Documents certifying new construction or purchase [copy of land or building sales contract (with revenue stamp), floor plan, surveyed land map or official map]

Purchase of site

  • Inagi City Living Funds Loan Mediation Application Form (prescribed form by the city)
  • Documents certifying income, such as a copy of the previous year's withholding tax return and the latest tax return for all members of the household to which the applicant belongs.
  • Resident record (all households, relationships included)
  • Seal certificate
  • Documents that can prove the purchase (a copy of the sales contract for the land or building (with revenue stamps), floor plan, if the plot is agricultural land, an agricultural land conversion permit or proof that it has been received by or passed through the Agricultural Committee) Documents to prove]

education funds

  • Inagi City Living Funds Loan Mediation Application Form (prescribed form by the city)
  • Documents certifying income, such as a copy of the previous year's withholding tax return and the latest tax return for all members of the household to which the applicant belongs.
  • Resident record (all households, relationships included)
  • Seal certificate
  • Documents that show the breakdown of the amount, such as admission/admission guide, payment slip/bill, etc.

childbirth funds

Note 1 : It takes approximately one month for the loan to be disbursed after the application is submitted, so please apply as early as possible. Please note that you cannot apply for a loan that has already been paid.
Note 2: This housing loan cannot be used in conjunction with a home loan.
Note 3: If you move out of Inagi City after receiving a loan, interest will not be subsidized from the month following your move out.
Note 4: If there is a change in the repayment plan (excluding early redemption) after receiving the loan, no interest subsidy will be provided based on the date of the change. Additionally, loan interest rates may change.
