If you don't know where to turn for advice, please contact the General Welfare and Living Service Center. A specialized counselor will be there to assist you. First, let us listen to your concerns.
The consultation support worker will listen to the client and consider together with them what can be done, where to start, and what kind of support and systems are available, and provide support towards independent living.
We provide private rooms for consultations that are difficult to discuss. In addition, if a person's physical or mental condition makes it difficult for them to come to our office, we also offer home consultations.
Please call us in advance.

Note: The Welfare Living Consultation Center, which was a consultation center for people in financial difficulty, was reborn as the General Welfare Living Consultation Center in April 2024, adding a comprehensive welfare consultation function.

We provide support for finding employment for those who find it difficult to find a job, those who do not know which job is suitable for them, and those who do not know how to go about job hunting. We will listen to your wishes regarding your work style and create an individualized program according to your individual situation.

Household financial improvement support

We provide individual consultation regarding financial concerns such as living expenses, debts such as debts and delinquent payments, loans, and concerns about the future.
We will ask about your living situation, debt amount, etc., and propose safe solutions that suit each individual's life plan.

Payment of housing security benefits

For those who have lost or are at high risk of losing their housing due to job loss or the effects of the spread of the new coronavirus, an amount equivalent to rent will be provided for a certain period of time, with the requirement that they engage in activities aimed at finding employment. After preparing housing, which is the foundation of daily life, we provide support for finding employment.
Applicable to those who meet certain requirements. There is also a maximum payment amount for housing security benefits.
