[Notification of Grant Decision has been sent] FY2024 2nd Inagi City Bicycle Helmet Purchase Subsidy Grant Project

Thank you very much for your many applications for the 2nd Inagi City Bicycle Helmet Purchase Subsidy Grant Program for fiscal year 2024 (application period: September 1st to September 30th, 2024).

The following four documents will be sent to those who are eligible for the grant:

1. Bicycle helmet purchase subsidy grant decision notification (Form 2)
2. Bicycle Helmet Purchase Subsidy Application Form (For applicants/Form 3-1, or for guardians/Form 3-2)
3. Application for bicycle helmet purchase subsidy (Form No. 4)
4. Bicycle Helmet Purchase Subsidy Request Form

To apply for the grant, please fill out the necessary information on the application form, attach it, and return it in the enclosed envelope by November 30, 2024.
