1. Student rates are limited to residents of the city.
2. For those who use regularly, households receiving Public Assistance, and those who have been issued a Physical Disability Certificate, Ai no Techo, or Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate will be fully exempt from fees (limited to residents of the city).
3. Please present your student ID or certificate at the time of application for items 1 and 2.
