Notes: Applications for regular use are accepted at the management office within the parking lot during the staff's working hours.

- Student rates are limited to residents of the city.
- For those who use regularly, households receiving Public Assistance, and those who have been issued a Physical Disability Certificate, Ai no Techo, or Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate will be fully exempt from fees (limited to residents of the city).
- Please present your student ID or certificate at the time of application for items 1 and 2.
