Activities of the Community Center
- We will implement courses and cultural projects necessary for the lives of citizens.
- We support the active voluntary activities of citizens.
- We create opportunities for users to interact and present their activities.
- We provide facilities for various gatherings of citizens and other public activities.
Use of Community Center
The Community Center can be used for free by anyone for voluntary social education activities of citizens. It can be used as a venue for regular activities, but it can also be used for one-time meetings or gatherings.
User Registration
To use the facilities, prior registration as a user with Community Center Registered Group A or Community Center Registered Group B is required.
Registration Requirements
- It must be an organization composed of five or more members.
- More than half of the members reside, work, or study in Inagi City
- The representative or person in charge must be an adult
- The representative or person in charge is not also serving as an instructor or leader.
- Operated by the consensus of the members
- Mainly activities taking place within Inagi City
Community Center Registration Group A must also meet the following registration requirements in addition to the above.
- Activities aimed at social education or contributing to the community
- Freedom to join and leave
- The representative must reside, work, or study in Inagi City
- To use the Community Center as a base for activities
- Engaging in planned and regular activities
- Note: It cannot be used for profit-making purposes or for political or religious activities as stipulated in Article 23 of the Social Education Act.
- Note: Depending on the content, it may be available for a fee.
How to Register as a User
Please submit the following documents to the Community Center window where you will be active.
Also, when applying, please present the "Identity Verification of the Group Representative (for Community Center Registered Group B, the applicant's identity verification is acceptable)" at the window.

How to Apply for Room Usage
Please use the Inagi City Public Facilities Reservation System to make your application.
Also, for applications using the Application Form, please visit the Community Center window you will be using.
Community Center Registration Group A
You can make reservations up to three months in advance (for example, for April, you can reserve for July). The schedule is as follows.
- From the 1st to the 14th of every month: Lottery Application Period
- 15th of every month: Lottery Day
- From the 15th to the 20th of each month: Confirmation period for usage by winning organizations
- Application period for available rooms on a first-come, first-served basis: From the 21st of each month until the day before the usage date
Community Center Registration Group B
You can apply up to two months in advance (for example, for April, you can apply for June).
Application period for available rooms on a first-come, first-served basis: From the 1st of every month until the day before the usage date
Paid Use
Citizen groups that are not registered with local businesses or Community Centers can use the facilities for a fee. Since the submission of an Application Form is required, please consult and apply at the counter of the Community Center you wish to use.
About Reception
- Central Community Center Hall: Reservations can be made starting from the 2nd day of the month that falls 11 months before the date of use.
- Other facilities: Applications will be accepted from the 2nd day of the month that falls two months prior to the date of use.
If your usage is approved, please pay the usage fee within 10 days (up to the day before the usage date).

- Explanation session for prospective residents conducted by the Business Operators of the condominium
- Meetings and interviews at companies and offices located in Inagi City
- Political Parties and Legislators' Activity Report Meeting

Support for Self-Organized Groups
To promote the activities of self-organized groups, the Community Center provides various forms of assistance.
Locker Usage Assistance
Self-organized groups registered at the Community Center can use lockers to store items and materials necessary for their daily activities at the Community Center. The usage period is one year, and applications are required every year. Additionally, if there are many applications, a lottery will be held.
Childcare Provider Dispatch
There is a Community Center childcare room to assist the learning activities of parents with Infants and Young Children. Based on applications from registered self-help groups at the Community Center that require childcare, caregivers will be dispatched. For more details, please inquire.
Printing Assistance
By registering as a group at the Community Center, you can use the printer for printing group activity materials. However, you must attend a printer training session. Additionally, please bring your own paper, and pay for the master fee and ink on the day of use.
Community Center Sponsored Courses by Citizen Planning Proposals
This is a community center-sponsored course created together by citizens and community center staff, based on course proposals suggested by the citizens. At the beginning of the fiscal year, we will solicit course proposals in the Lifelong Learning newsletter "Hiroba."

Community Center Registration Group A
You can apply for the desired date of use starting 12 months in advance according to the following schedule through the reservation system.
- Lottery application period: From the 1st to the 14th of the month, 12 months prior to the usage month
- Lottery Date: 15th of the month, 12 months prior to the usage month
- Usage Confirmation Period: From the 15th of the month 12 months prior at 9 AM until the 20th
- First-come, first-served reservations: From 9 AM on the 21st of the month, 12 months prior to the usage month, until 1 month before the usage date
Community Center Registration Group B
Reservations can be made on a first-come, first-served basis starting from 9 AM on the 1st of the month, 11 months prior to the desired date of use.
Other Paid User Organizations
Applications can be made on a first-come, first-served basis at the Central Community Center starting from 2 days before the desired usage date, up to 11 months in advance.
Event Reservation Notes
- When reserving the hall for an event, please be sure to account for preparation and cleanup time in your reservation.
- When you reserve the hall through the public reservation system, it will be a "tentative reservation." You will need to discuss the event details with the staff, so please contact the Central Community Center as soon as possible after your reservation is confirmed.
- The deadline for meetings is 35 days in advance. If your reservation is 35 days in advance, please contact us immediately. After this period, it will be treated as a cancellation, so please be careful.
