Loan system for living expenses (Inagi City Council of Social Welfare)

Livelihood Welfare Fund

The Livelihood Welfare Fund Loan System aims to financially support the livelihoods of low-income households, households of the disabled, and households with elderly people requiring nursing care, as well as to promote home welfare and social participation. It is a system that The Inagi City Council of Social Welfare serves as the contact point with the Tokyo Metropolitan Council of Social Welfare as the main body.
For single-parent households, priority is given to loans from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Mother and Child and Father and Child Welfare Fund and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Women's Welfare Fund . Also, if you are a household receiving public assistance , please consult with the welfare office.

Comprehensive support fund

General Support Fund is a system that provides continuous counseling support, living expenses, and temporary funds to rebuild the lives of households with difficulties in their daily lives.

Real estate collateral type living fund

This is a loan system that supports the independence of elderly households that own a certain amount of residential real estate and wish to continue living in that residence for the future by lending them living expenses using the real estate as collateral.

emergency petty fund

The Emergency Small Fund is a system aimed at stabilizing and achieving economic independence for low-income households by lending funds and providing necessary consultation support.

Help fund

This system provides loans to low-income households who have difficulty in daily life due to temporary expenses and are unable to borrow funds from other sources in order to stabilize their lives and achieve independence.
