Loan system for living funds, etc. (Inagi City Social Welfare Council)

Living welfare funds

The purpose of the welfare loan system is to financially support the lives of low-income households, households with people with disabilities, and households with elderly people who require nursing care, as well as to promote home welfare and social participation. It is a system that The Tokyo Metropolitan Social Welfare Council is the implementation body, and the Inagi City Social Welfare Council is the contact point.
For single-parent households, priority will be given to loans from the Tokyo Mother and Child and Father and Child Welfare Fund and the Tokyo Women's Welfare Fund . If you are a household receiving welfare , please contact the welfare office.

General support fund

The comprehensive support fund is a system that provides ongoing counseling support, living expenses, and temporary loans to help families who are experiencing difficulties in their daily lives rebuild their lives.

Real estate-backed living funds

This is a loan system that supports the independence of elderly households who own a certain amount of residential property and wish to continue living in that residence into the future by lending living expenses using the property as collateral.

Emergency small funds

The Emergency Small Fund is a system that aims to help households with low incomes achieve stability and economic independence by lending funds and providing necessary counseling support.

Mutual aid funds

This is a system that provides loans to low-income households whose daily life has become difficult due to temporary expenses and who are unable to borrow funds from elsewhere to stabilize their lives and help them become independent.
