This system is for individuals aged 75 and older, as well as those aged 65 and older who have received disability certification from the wide-area union.
Individuals who turn 75 will automatically enroll in the Late-Stage Elderly Medical Care system from their birthday, transitioning from their current National Health Insurance or employee insurance (social insurance).
