Fiscal Year 2024 Uninsured Health Checkup

Eligible Individuals

For those who will be 40 years old or older during the fiscal year 2024 and who are not enrolled in health insurance as of April 1, 2024, a voucher for a free health checkup will be sent from the Inagi City Health Center.
For those who are enrolled in insurance, please contact your insurance provider (the issuer of your Health Insurance Card).

Timing of Sending Medical Examination Coupons

For those aged 75 and over: Around early May
For those aged 40 to 74: Around early June
