Fiscal Year 2024 Hepatitis Virus Screening: Target Group 40 Years and Older

Eligible Individuals

Citizens aged 40 and over (born on or before April 1, 1985)

Note: Those who have ever undergone a hepatitis virus test in the past are not eligible.

Note: Those born between April 2, 1984, and April 1, 1985, will receive a health examination voucher from the city. The application procedure for the voucher described below is not required.

• B-type Hepatitis and C-type Hepatitis Testing by Blood Collection

Application Deadline

The deadline is the 22nd of every month, and the examination tickets will be sent out in early the following month.

Note：The final application deadline is until December 22, 2024 (Friday).

Process from Application to Examination

Please apply for the examination ticket at the Inagi City Health Center using one of the following methods: (1) (2) (3).

(1) Postcard or letter

Write the title 'Hepatitis Virus Screening Application', fill out the following, and mail it to the Inagi City Health Center.

(3) Fill out the designated form at the Health Center counter

Office hours = Weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and from December 29 to January 3)
