To provide paid transportation services for individuals with mobility difficulties, such as persons with disabilities and older adults, non-profit business operators must register as "Welfare Paid Transportation" under the Road Transport Act.
For this reason, 21 cities and 4 towns in the Tama region, including Inagi City, have jointly established an operating council to discuss the registration application details and necessity of welfare paid transportation.
