If you are planning to carry out activities above a certain scale, you will need to notify the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

Inagi City Landscape Color Guidelines

Inagi City has established rules for colors (hue, brightness, saturation) according to the scale of six regions and districts, as well as buildings and other structures.
When constructing new buildings, expanding, renovating, or repainting roofs and exterior walls, please refer to the "Inagi City Landscape Color Guidelines."
